We may sometimes collect information from third parties including former employers, credit reference agencies or other background check agencies. Individuals at clients may provide us with their contact details as part of a discussion about our services.

We may also collect personal data which is publicly available on websites such as jobs boards, LinkedIn, or similar recruitment-related websites.

In certain areas of this Site, such as those in which you submit your resume, register, or enter Harba Solutions Inc-sponsored surveys, contests or promotions, we may request that you provide us with certain personal information, such as your e-mail address, first and last name, postal zip code, phone number, profession, work experience, social media information, photographs, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, citizenship or work eligibility.
