Environmental Research Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct diverse laboratory tests for evaluating seed quality and crop viability across various plant species.

• Adhere strictly to standardized procedures and protocols to ensure precise and consistent experimental results.

• Manage and optimize laboratory conditions including temperature, humidity, and lighting to create reliable testing environments.

• Gather, document, and analyze data on germination rates, growth patterns, and relevant parameters using appropriate software.

• Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze test results and extract meaningful insights.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including agronomists, researchers, and product developers, to contribute to innovative germination techniques and seed treatment methods.

• Identify and troubleshoot experimental issues, offering suitable solutions to maintain data integrity and reliable results.

Qualifications:

• Biology, Chemistry, Horticulture, Environmental Science or any life science related bachelor's degree required

• Microsoft Office Proficiency

• Ability to work in a team setting
