Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures the accuracy of filling equipment, cap closure torque, counts, labels, glue, outserts, and other packaging items.

• Conducts minor line repairs and troubleshooting as needed.

• All packers are capable of performing duties on filling lines, packaging/labeling machines, and carton machines.

• Observes machine operation to identify any malfunctions.

• Stops the machine and reports any malfunctions to the supervisor.

• Cleans inspects, and maintains packaging equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Disassemble equipment parts and properly place them in the wash area.

• Cleans packaging/filling rooms following SOPs and GMPs.

• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.

• Inspects filled containers to ensure adherence to packaging specifications.

• Feeds products to conveyors and other feeding devices, and unloads packaged products.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• Prior work experience in packaging role is preferred

• Ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
