Manufacturing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical devices by following step-by-step instructions.
• Work with small components, ensuring proper fit and function.
• Operate basic tools and machines for cutting, bonding, or measuring.
• Perform regular quality checks to spot defects or inconsistencies.
• Keep track of completed work and follow company procedures.
• Stay organized and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling tools, materials, and chemicals.
• Assist team members and communicate any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable handling small parts and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work well alone or as part of a team.
