Biopharmaceutical Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, organize, and track raw materials, components, and finished products using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Safely receive, store, and distribute biopharmaceutical materials, including temperature-sensitive and hazardous items.
• Verify incoming shipments, inspect for quality, and ensure accurate documentation for outbound orders.
• Maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards for material handling and storage.
• Accurately record inventory movements, stock adjustments, and transactions in compliance with SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflow, optimize storage, and increase overall efficiency.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of warehouse or supply chain experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Familiarity with GMP and FDA regulations is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
