Lab Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely laboratory tests on routine samples while following GLP and safety guidelines, ensuring product quality and integrity are maintained

• Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement within the lab, suggesting and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Utilize a variety of lab instruments to analyze and label samples, recording results with precision and attention to detail

• Recording all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility

• Maintaining equipment and assisting in ordering laboratory supplies

• Engage in exciting special projects as required, expanding your knowledge and skill set while contributing to the growth and development of the team

• Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish tasks

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or Science related field

• Microsoft Excel experience is preferred

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment/laboratory environment
