Conduct laboratory tests and experiments to evaluate seed quality and crop viability across different crop species.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols for accurate and consistent results.
Monitor and maintain optimal laboratory conditions, including temperature, humidity, and lighting, to ensure reliable testing environments.
Collect, record, and analyze data on germination rates, growth patterns, and other relevant parameters using appropriate software tools.
Perform statistical analysis on test results and interpret findings to derive meaningful conclusions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including agronomists, researchers, and product developers, to contribute to the development and implementation of new germination techniques and seed treatment methods.
Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during experiments, proposing appropriate solutions to ensure the integrity of the data and results.
