North Andover $80,000 - $110,000 Contract
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the EQC Manager to create a daily laboratory schedule based on customer orders and inventory requirements.
Supervise and provide guidance to EQC analysts and technicians, offering assistance when necessary to meet deadlines and maintain an adequate supply of equipment.
Monitor, print, organize, and schedule customer orders using Outlook and an ERP system.
Coordinate shipping dates and communicate any shortages to the technical support and customer service departments, in conjunction with the EQC Manager.
Review and approve calibration data, in coordination with the EQC Manager.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the calibration and updated firmware of in-house equipment.
Conduct training sessions for the EQC department, covering QC SOPs and Operator's Manuals.
Interpret and support quality policies, implementing guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation.
Actively participate in team-driven initiatives aimed at process improvement.
Management retains the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this position at any time.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biochemistry or a related life sciences field.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Advanced data analysis skills, including basic statistical analysis and Microsoft Excel.
4+ years of experience in GMP/GLP/GDP/QC.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with some flexibility.
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating diligence and dependability.
