R&D Scientist

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and validate bioanalytical assays for biologics, gene therapy, and immunoassays.

• Execute laboratory experiments using ELISA, MSD, qPCR, flow cytometry, ligand-binding assays, and cell-based assays.

• Perform data analysis, interpretation, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reproducibility.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to advance research initiatives and provide technical expertise.

• Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with GLP/GCP regulations.

• Contribute to scientific publications, presentations, and regulatory submissions.

• Stay up to date with industry advancements and emerging technologies in bioanalysis.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related field

• Hands-on experience with bioanalytical methods such as ELISA, qPCR, flow cytometry, or cell-based assays.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Experience working in a regulated environment (GLP, GCP, or GMP) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
