Manufacturing Filling Technician

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to production and manufacturing protocols.
• Perform tasks in Grade C, D, and non-classified controlled cleanrooms.
• Execute aseptic procedures within Grade A isolators.
• Carry out cleaning, sanitizing, equipment setup, and aseptic filling as required.
• Safely operate production machinery, including setup and changeovers.
• Accurately record data and complete batch documentation.
• Implement validation and engineering protocols as needed.
• Provide training to others on various manufacturing tasks, including fill/finish, sanitization, and equipment preparation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Contribute to equipment optimization and ongoing process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Work flexible hours to provide continuous facility coverage.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma and 3 years of GMP pharmaceutical experience, including the installation, operation, cleaning, and maintenance of GMP equipment or Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or biotechnology and at least 1 year of GMP
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Windows) or similar programs.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes for biotechnology products, aseptic processing (fill and finish), and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts like fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to real-world situations.
• Ability to quickly learn and operate industry systems, including ERP and inventory management systems.
