Laboratory Technician - Biotherapeutics

Responsibilities:

• Sample Handling and Analysis:

  • Receive, process, and analyze biological samples with precision and accuracy.
  • Perform routine testing using a variety of laboratory equipment and techniques.

• Quality Control:

  • Conduct quality control assays to ensure the compliance and consistency of biotherapeutic products.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation for quality and regulatory purposes.

• Equipment Operation:

  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and report any issues with equipment to the supervisor.

• Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of experiments, procedures, and results.
  • Generate reports and documentation in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and participate in team meetings.

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  • Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field. 
• Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Familiarity with GMP and quality control processes is a plus.
