Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions to maintain equipment in good condition.
• Assist with equipment installations and system modifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in facility-related systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify and report issues, ensuring proper documentation.
• Use electrical tools, hand tools, and test equipment proficiently.
• Read, interpret, and apply mechanical and electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Maintain knowledge of computers, PLCs, VFDs, and machine control systems.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
• Identify and order parts for timely maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate within a team.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Support emergency and corrective repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience required
• Pharmaceutical or GMP experience preferred.
