Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:  

• Lead and support manufacturing batch activities with technical expertise and operational oversight.
• Develop team members through regular coaching, training initiatives, and career development opportunities.
• Optimize and enhance formulation and filling processes for operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP standards and compliance requirements.
• Conduct GEMBA walks to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements.
• Apply advanced knowledge of process control, quality engineering, statistical techniques, and process capability.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across all organizational levels to build productive relationships.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Degree
• Min 1-2 years experience in aseptic manufacturing
• Min 1-2 years in a leadership position
