Senior Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive cost-saving initiatives, including waste reduction, cycle-time optimization, raw material qualification, scale-ups, and shelf-life improvements.
• Enhance process efficiency through cycle-time reductions, capacity improvements, and quality enhancements.
• Identify and implement energy reduction and sustainability opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Central Engineering to meet team objectives and balance workloads.
• Support new business assessments by evaluating methods, equipment, and feasibility for manufacturing new products.
• Address process-related inquiries and support customer visits.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Contribute to Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Management of Change (MOC) processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
