Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Perform metal fabrication, including machining and welding (ARC, MIG, TIG).
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems, including conveyors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, and hydraulic equipment.
• Maintain and service air, water, and utility systems (compressed air, boilers, RO systems, CO₂ receivers, etc.).
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure equipment safety compliance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, including lubrication, inspections, and equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, including low/high voltage systems, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and safety devices.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, predictive maintenance, and process improvements.
• Train team members, develop SOPs, and provide shift oversight when required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and collaborate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Be available for rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and emergency repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, dial indicators, and micrometers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
