Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and regulatory compliance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct system calibrations, validations, and performance verifications in accordance with industry standards.
• Train end-users on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance logs, calibration reports, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, engineering, and sales, to address customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
• Travel to customer locations as required, providing on-site technical support and emergency service when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or technical support, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mechanical, electrical, and software-related systems.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485 standards, and GMP requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to train and interact effectively with clients.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
