What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Quality Department Lead, you will:

  • Manage installation, calibration, and qualification of metrology equipment, including advanced measuring systems.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for equipment suppliers and calibration providers.
  • Train teams in advanced quality control methods, such as metrology and SPC.
  • Investigate quality concerns, recommend solutions, and lead process improvements.
  • Define and implement innovative testing and measurement technologies.


The skills you will need
Metrology Specialist requires:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Engineering in a manufacturing setting.
  • A Bachelor’s in Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Deep understanding of calibration processes, metrology, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in GD&T, statistical analysis, and root cause methodologies.


Preferred but not required:

  • Relevant professional certifications in quality or metrology.
  • Experience with advanced data analytics tools or ERP systems.
