The Skills You Will Need

We are looking for candidates who bring a blend of technical expertise and soft skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Chemistry or Biochemistry preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Strong math, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment.
• Proficiency with data management systems (LIMS, JMP, Minitab, etc.).

Additional skills that would be advantageous:

• Knowledge of endotoxin, sterility, and bioburden testing methods.
• Experience in environmental monitoring and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
• Familiarity with aseptic drug product manufacturing processes and container closure integrity testing (CCIT).
