Manufacturing Technician II

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Follow GMP protocols and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Identify and report safety hazards or incidents.
• Accurately complete GMP documentation and review basic records such as logbooks.
• Assist in revising procedures under supervision.
• Participate in investigations and carry out CAPA tasks as needed.
• Identify and implement small-scale process improvements.
• Perform assigned production activities and ensure all required training is completed before operations.
• Apply basic problem-solving skills to recognize and report abnormal results.
• Maintain proficiency in assigned processes and responsibilities.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level Chemistry coursework or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A biotechnology certificate or college degree is advantageous.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments such as pH meters, UV spectrophotometers, and solution delivery systems.
