QC Chemist

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy, reliability, and longevity.
• Utilize HPLC and GC-MS
• Accurately record and document experimental data, observations, and outcomes.
• Prepare and handle samples, chemicals, and reagents for experiments.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials following safety guidelines and regulations.
• Assist in the analysis of experimental data using appropriate software and tools.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines in handling chemicals, equipment, and experiments.
• Keep the laboratory clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a Science related degree
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow protocols.
• Proficiency in data analysis and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and regulations.
