Research Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings.
Design and implement research studies, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Utilize statistical software and tools to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
Develop research methodologies and protocols.
Assist in the planning and coordination of research projects.
Maintain accurate and organized records of research activities.
Ensure compliance with research protocols and ethical guidelines.
Collaborate with team members, external partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and present research findings to internal and external audiences.
Contribute to the preparation of research reports, manuscripts, and grant proposals.
Stay current with advancements in the field by attending seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Participate in training and development opportunities offered by the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or other related field.
Proven experience in conducting research and data analysis.
Familiarity with research methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
