Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for the analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation of analytical findings, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines (e.g., ISO, GMP, GLP).
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct stability testing and support quality control processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and innovation.
Provide analytical support for formulation development and process optimization.
Stay updated with current advancements in analytical chemistry and implement new techniques as appropriate.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
Ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste and chemicals in accordance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
Proficiency in analytical techniques and instrumentation (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, FTIR, etc.). Strong computer skills, including experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards (ISO, GMP, GLP). Knowledge of chemical safety and handling procedures.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
