Research Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research activities and experiments in accordance with project goals and objectives.
• Collect and analyze data using relevant scientific techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with research team members to design and execute experiments.
• Maintain detailed records of research findings and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing research reports, papers, and presentations.
• Participate in lab and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow ethical guidelines and safety protocols in all research activities.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline. 
• Previous research experience, typically gained through internships, coursework, or research assistant positions.
• Familiarity with research methodologies, techniques, and laboratory equipment relevant to the field.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical tools.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret research data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting research, writing reports, and collaborating with team members.
