Alex helps lead the Scientific division at Harba Solutions, overseeing a team of scientific recruiters who specialize in supporting biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and radiopharmaceutical companies across the Midwest and Northeast. He focuses on a wide range of scientific skill sets, including R&D, QC, Analytical, Formulation, Microbiology, Process Development, and Quality Assurance. Alex partners closely with clients to understand their evolving technical and compliance needs, helping them scale high-performing teams in complex, regulated environments.
Since joining Harba Solutions in September 2022, Alex has been promoted three times, playing a key role in the company’s expansion in the Massachusetts market. A graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Professional Sales. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his 9-month-old son.
